  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order you can either: - Visit our online shop https://www.zenhair.co/hair-extensions - Download our App (Zen Hair Extensions) - Whatsapp us - Call us on 01708 376482, between 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.
  • When is your cut off time?
    Our cut off time for Same Day Dispatch is 2pm on working days. Any orders made after 2pm on Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday.
  • Do I need any qualifications to attend the Zen Hair Training Course?
    Yes, you need to be at least Level 2 qualified in Hairdressing.
  • Do course attendees need to buy any equipment before the course?
    No, all equipment to use on the day is included. If you are using models then you would need to purchase the hair.
  • What is the duration of the course?
    We offer both a 1 day course and a 2 day course depending on what methods you wish to learn. Each day would be 10-5.
  • What do I receive when I book Zen Hair Training?
    When booking a course with Zen Hair, this will entitle you to a Trade Account with us. You will also receive a full training kit and a certificate plus lots of branded goodies!
  • How much are the courses?
    Our prices start from £445.00. To receive a full quote please fill out the form below:
  • What courier do you ship with?
    We use APC overnight
  • When should I expect my order?
    As long as your order is made before 3pm, it will be dispatched the same day, and put on a Next Working Day delivery. *Please be aware this is not a guaranteed service
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email from our courier company APC. This will then have all tracking information. Alternatively for live updates, you can visit https://apc-overnight.com/receiving-a-parcel/tracking and input your consignment number and postcode.
  • Can I return my order?
    We accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Discounted items and discontinued colours are FINAL SALE. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
  • Where do I return my order too?
    You can send your returns to: Zen Hair Unit K-L, The Business Centre, Faringdon Avenue, Romford RM3 8EN We recommend putting this on a recorded delivery. We do not cover the postage costs.
  • How do I open a Trade Account?
    To open a Trade account, you need to purchase our Colour ring. To do so click here! Alternatively you can call us on 01708 376482.
  • How many grams are in your Weft Extensions?
    Our Ultimate wefts are 100 grams. Our Luxury Plus Nano wefts are 88 grams.
  • How many packs do I need for a full head?
    We typically recommend 3 packs of hair for a full head (please note this varies depending on each individual client).
