We’re sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with our products. Please complete the below Hair Report Form so this can be passed on to a member of the team. We aim to respond within 48 working hours in order to reach an efficient resolution. 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY RECOMMEND THE USE OF OUR ZEN HAIR AFTERCARE PRODUCTS.

We cannot guarantee the quality of our products with any other brands products. Proof of purchase of our Zen Hair Aftercare products will be required. 


If you are reporting your hair as faulty, we will require ½ the amount of hair you have had fitted to be sent back for further testing within 28 days of completing the Hair Review Form. E.G. if you have had 3 packs fitted we will need back 1.5 packs sent in for testing.

This form must be completed by the account holder who purchased the hair. If you are not the salon/account holder please refer back to them to contact us.
