Shipping​

We send all of our parcels with DHL. 

 

When placing your order please be sure to provide us with your mobile number and email address, this way any tracking information can be sent directly to you.

 

To track your order you can: 

 

  • Download the DHL Express App and enter your 10 digit tracking number in to the search bar.

  • Click on the link received in either an SMS or Email from DHL.

  • Head to https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking.html and enter your 10 digit tracking number. 

 

For any enquiries you can call DHL on 0844 248 0844

 

Please be aware that although parcels are put on a next working day delivery service, this is not guaranteed and no refunds/credits will be issued if your parcel is delayed. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange your order you can do so providing it is unused and in it’s original packaging.

If exchange, what product would you like to exchange to (please note, you will be charged for the postage of sending out your new item)

 

 

Do I have to pay to return an item? 

 

Yes, you will be responsible for the cost and arranging your own postage. We recommend using a tracked service due to the value of the items you may be returning.  

 

How long does a return take to be processed? 

 

As soon as we have received your return we will process this within 2 working days. Depending on your original payment method your refund can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
