Zen Luxury Extensions Makes a Big Impact at Salon International London 2026

A bold new stand, the launch of ADAPTI, luxury hair collections, live demonstrations and a new strategic partnership with DIVA Pro Styling made Salon International a hugely successful two days for Zen Luxury Extensions.
The shorter, two-day format at this year’s Salon International at ExCeL London certainly did nothing to dampen the energy, excitement or success of Zen Luxury Extensions. For Zen, this year’s exhibition was about more than simply showcasing products. It was an opportunity to present the brand in a completely new way, introduce visitors to the latest innovations in professional hair extensions, demonstrate the breadth of the Zen range and, perhaps most importantly, spend valuable time with the professional hairdressing community....And the first thing visitors noticed was that Zen looked very different.
A New Look for Zen Luxury Extensions
Moving away from the traditional display-table format used at previous exhibitions, Zen unveiled a completely new stand design that better reflected the luxury positioning of the brand.
The contemporary wooden-effect backdrop, finished with the beautifully illuminated Zen Luxury Extensions logo and brand name, immediately created a much more premium and sophisticated environment.
The stand was divided into six distinct zones, each designed around a different part of the Zen business and the needs of professional stylists, salons and hair extension specialists.
It created a space that felt less like a traditional exhibition stand and much more like an environment where visitors could discover, experience and understand the Zen brand.
And judging by the comments from visitors throughout the two days, the new look certainly hit the mark.

1. The ADAPTI 10-minute challenge
One of the biggest attractions was the new ADAPTI System, Zen's innovative professional weft extension system.
Recently launched to the professional market, ADAPTI has been designed to make the application of weft extensions faster, more efficient and more supportive of the client's natural hair. The system combines ADAPTI-SKIN with Luxury Series+ ADAPTI-WEFT, with trained professionals able to apply multiple wefts in under ten minutes. Zen Hair
at Salon International, Zen decided to put that speed to the test. Visitors were challenged to learn and apply the ADAPTI System in 10 minutes or less, with a large digital timer keeping everyone honest.
Developed by hairdresser and ADAPTI Weft developer Stephen Eales, the challenge proved to be one of most interesting and fun parts of the stand. Stylists could see the system demonstrated, ask questions and then have a go themselves.
It was a simple but effective way of showing just how straightforward the system can be once you understand the technique. For a professional stylist, seeing a new hair extension system is one thing. Being able to pick it up, use it and see how quickly it can be applied is something else entirely.

2. The Origins Collection – Wigs & Toppers
Along the back wall, visitors could discover The Origins Collection, Zen's salon-grade range of wigs and toppers.
Each piece is created using 100% ethically sourced Remy human hair, with careful hand-tying helping to create natural movement, a realistic appearance and lightweight comfort.
For salons looking to expand their offering beyond traditional hair extensions, wigs and hair toppers represent an increasingly important area of the professional hair market.
The Origins Collection gave visitors the opportunity to see the quality and finish of the pieces up close and discuss how they could potentially complement their existing salon services.
3. The Serene Collection – Effortless Luxury
The third zone showcased the SERENE Collection, bringing together luxury and everyday wearability.
SERENE includes premium clip-in extensions and ponytails designed for clients who want to create additional length, volume or a completely different look without committing to a permanent extension application.
The collection includes 100% human hair products, with the nine-piece clip-in system designed to offer flexibility and versatility. Zen Hair
It was another example of how Zen is continuing to broaden its offering, providing professional-quality hair solutions that work across different client needs and occasions.

4. The Zen Outlet Cart
Perhaps the busiest area of the stand for much of the exhibition was the Zen Outlet Cart.
This year, Zen brought along a selection of outlet hair featuring past-season shades, limited-stock products and discontinued lines, all with the same Zen quality but available at outlet pricing...And the response was huge.
The traditional vintage wooden cart quickly became a magnet for professional stylists looking for luxury hair extensions at exceptional prices. Visitors were constantly browsing the available stock, searching for colours, lengths and products they could add to their salon inventory.
It was a slightly different side of the Zen experience, but one that proved extremely popular. For professional hairdressers and salon owners, finding quality hair at a great price is always going to be attractive.

5. Application & Education
The fifth area was dedicated to hands-on application and education.
Visitors could talk directly to the Zen team about having extensions applied, discuss different application techniques and find out more about Zen's professional education and training courses.
Education has always been an important part of Zen's relationship with professional stylists. The company offers training designed to help hairdressers develop their extension skills and introduce new techniques and products into their salons.
The exhibition provided the perfect environment for those conversations; informal, practical and with the Zen team on hand to answer questions.

6. The Live Stage – Where the Crowds Gathered
The sixth zone was the Zen stage, and this was where the crowds really gathered.
Throughout the two days, Zen Brand Ambassadors and high-profile stylists showcased their skills live on the stand, demonstrating the application and styling of Zen products.
For visitors, it was an opportunity to see professional hair extension techniques in action rather than simply looking at finished products.
The atmosphere around the stage was energetic throughout the show, with people stopping to watch, learn and take inspiration from the stylists on stage. It was also a great demonstration of the talent within the wider Zen professional community.
Zen & DIVA Pro Styling – a Strategic Partnership that Works
Salon International also marked an exciting new chapter for Zen Luxury Extensions and DIVA Pro Styling.
The two brands came together as strategic partners, sharing the exhibition space while retaining their own distinct identities. It was a natural partnership.
Zen's luxury hair extensions and DIVA's professional styling tools are complementary rather than competing products. In fact, the two brands have been working alongside each other for some time, with Zen using DIVA tools when applying and showcasing its hair, while DIVA uses Zen hair when creating collection work and demonstrating its styling tools.
At Salon International, that relationship was brought to life on the stand.
The exhibition space was divided equally between the two brands, with the two identities working seamlessly together while remaining clearly independent.
The Zen and DIVA teams also shared the stage, creating a programme of live demonstrations that combined premium hair extensions with professional styling.
And perhaps one of the biggest successes of the partnership was how naturally the two teams worked together.
There was a real sense of collaboration, shared objectives and, importantly, enjoyment.
A Successful 2 Days for Zen Luxury Extensions
While Salon International may have been shorter this year, the experience for Zen Luxury Extensions was anything but short on impact.
From the striking new stand and the excitement surrounding ADAPTI, to the popularity of the Outlet Cart, the interest in the Origins and Serene collections, hands-on application and the packed live stage, there was a constant flow of professional stylists engaging with the brand.
Most importantly, the show provided Zen with the opportunity to talk directly to the people who matter most, the professional hairdressers, salon owners and stylists who use its products and help introduce them to clients every day.
The reaction to the new stand was particularly encouraging, with visitors repeatedly commenting on the difference the new design made to the overall presentation of the Zen brand.
And the successful collaboration with DIVA Pro Styling demonstrated what can be achieved when two complementary professional brands come together with a shared commitment to quality, innovation and the hairdressing industry.
A word from Johnny Yip, Managing Director of Zen Luxury Extensions “Salon International was a fantastic two days for Zen and I’m incredibly proud of what the team achieved. There was a huge amount of hard work, preparation and dedication behind the scenes, and everyone worked tirelessly throughout the show."
“The reaction to our new stand was particularly rewarding. We had so many people comment on how much they liked the new look and how much more it reflected the luxury feel of the Zen brand. It gave us a completely different environment in which to showcase our products and, importantly, to talk to our customers."
“ADAPTI was a real highlight. Seeing stylists take on the 10-minute challenge, learn the system and then successfully apply it themselves was brilliant. The response to the rest of our collections and our Outlet Cart was also fantastic."
“I’d also like to thank Paul and the whole DIVA Pro team. The strategic partnership worked incredibly well. Both teams have their own brands and objectives, but there is a genuine understanding of how well Zen and DIVA complement each other. Sharing the stand and the stage felt completely natural and I think visitors to both could see that."
“Ultimately, Salon International is about people. It’s about meeting our customers, supporting our professional community, demonstrating what we can do and looking at where we can take the brand next. The Zen team should be extremely proud of what we delivered.”
Looking Ahead
For Zen Luxury Extensions, Salon International 2026 was about looking forward as much as showcasing what is already established.
ADAPTI represents another step forward in professional weft extensions, while collections such as SERENE and Origins demonstrate the breadth of solutions now available from the Zen brand.
The new stand provided a fitting environment for that story... contemporary, premium and designed around the customer experience.
And with the new relationship with DIVA Pro Styling adding another dimension to the brand's presence at the show, Zen left ExCeL London with plenty of momentum.
Two days may have been shorter. But for Zen Luxury Extensions, they certainly weren't smaller.
