SALON INTERNATIONAL 2023

Last weekend the Zen Luxury Extensions Family were out in force when we exhibited at the annual Salon International Trade Exhibition at London's ExCeL Centre.

The Zen stand has grown in size year-on-year and this year was no different. It still had our innovative sloping Zen display at the front of the stand, which not only showcases the quality of our extensions but also shows a selection of the range of colours we can provide. Hairdressers and stylists are able to touch and feel the extensions to gauge the quality for themselves.

This display was the perfect platform to launch our LS+ range new application methods now available in U-tips and I-Tips. These application methods join the tape, nano i-tip and nano weft application methods to give our clients a far greater variety and choice. Our stand also had a large demonstration area as, this year, Zen were far more focused on providing intimate demonstrations of how to use our hair extensions to create different styles. We invited top stylists who use Zen products in their everyday work to come and showcase their work. This ranged from Styling & Cutting, through Avant Garde and Bridal to Colour. There were Zen Brand Ambassadors on hand to give advice as well as our session stylist. There was also a lean towards training and advice given to the visiting hairdressers on best practice by our Head of Education.

Zen's Project & Events Manager Kelly Sainty said, "In previous years our focus has been much more on sales and generating leads. Now that we are well established in the Hair industry and a regular at Salon International, we felt that we could provide a much better and interactive experience for visitors to the stand." She added, " The feedback has been very positive and we were busy throughout the whole weekend." Johnny Yip, Zen's Managing Director said, " I was very pleased with Salon International and our extended team worked really hard to provide ongoing demonstrations and advice. I was really impressed with the variety of styles that were created over the weekend, which just highlights the versatility that Zen Hair can add." Johnny also said, "I was also pleased with the volume of enquiries we received over the weekend especially from new International markets."
